Before and after shots of a wall just off the entry of the new Burns Beach home. Ric and the client had a walk through and noticed that the entry feature wall closed off the rest of the house. Although there were roof and hanger beams on the wall, Ric worked some magic and re-enforced the top of the wall with a fast wall lintel to maintain the structural integrity of the wall. That's the difference when you work with small builders!
This is a perfect example of how design plans can translate into something different when built. We're happy that our client is happy and that he now can walk into the home and have a spacious open entry way.
