This morning as I’m watching the sun come up, I kept thinking about the burdens we carry and this card dropped from the pack…..

I had to giggle as the Winter card showed up for me in last nights meditation group.💛

I’ve taken the parts of the card message that stood out, as I find that there is once again a theme and to me that theme is Am I Worthy? Self Doubt brings the insecurity, then fear steps next to that. So, do you feel worthy?
Winter is a time of going into hibernation, at time of reflection and a time to look at what maybe holding you in a place of doubt, fear, pain, and old patterns. Are you ready to dive deep into the unknown to see what’s underneath all those words that we tell ourselves, that stop us moving into a energy of being Worthy, of feeling Abundance, and are you ready to love yourself unconditionally as you peel away the layers to find your authentic self??

This morning I felt the nudge to journal, so I went and grabbed pen and journal, then paused and watched to sun rays pour into the house and across the tree tops and these words I wrote…..

🌞 I am watching the suns rays pouring into the lounge from the north and seeing the tree tops awaken and glisten. I spot the ball of fire through the magnolia leaves and there she sparkles in all her glory, a ball of fire.
Tears fall and I hear my voice quietly say ‘I’m at a cross roads again.’
Then words just flow.
🦋 I am at a cross roads.
🦋 Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
🦋 The oyster holds the pearl, the pearl holds the wisdom as do you/I.

Then more words flow but not from me, from my Guides an Higher Self….
Gather those together who wish to learn, to embrace their skills, to discover their power of being a Light Worker. A worker of the many spiritual ways. Let them gather to grow and embrace their energy to tap into their stillness and aliveness, to find themselves. Shine your Light so they can come and shine theirs.

Hold space and teach as you work, this is how you do this.

Thank you for your lovely comments on Fridays post, I didn’t see them till I got back home yesterday.💚 I am happy to say the Retreat went wonderfully!

Universe always places and gathers us together at the right time and I truly felt that this weekend. Kerami Manor held us, Phil & Harry nurtured us with amazing food and we all supported one another through the whole weekend. I am so proud of us all and of myself for taking a leap of faith.
Thank You to all the ladies who joined me, you are all amazing. And I feel so blessed to have been able to hold space for you all to do your self discovery work. 🙏🏻🦋

The next Retreat I am hoping to run will be Sept/Oct, fingers crossed Kerami Manor is available. 😍

Today I head off to beautiful Marysville to hold my very first weekend Retreat!!😍
And I am joined by some wonderful women who are ready to walk with me as we journey into Self Discovery.💗
I’m doing a nervous happy dance and am flowing in the energy of discovery and most definitely listening to my intuition as everything that has been gathered is exactly what is needed to support us all.🦋🙏🏻

What is it that you seek? This is the question I heard this morning, so what is it that you, we, and I seek…..

I can only speak for myself as I sit here typing this post, for me calmness and balance feel strong then my thoughts run to order/organised, which makes sense as I’m collecting all the items I need for this coming weekends retreat.
Oh, I just heard a Black Cockatoo. I have to stop typing and just listen for a moment. 🖤

As I sit in a void of blackness, I feel soothed. I hear the Black Cockatoo calling. It’s alright to just be. It’s alright to be in the dark of the void I offer to you right now. Gather your calmness, gather your seeking thoughts and sit in my dark void to gain the insight you seek. Fly with me, fly, fly, spread your wings and hear my cry. I call. I seek. I am you. Fly with me, fly.

I don’t often hear their call now as the season is cooling but every know and then I do and I stop and listen.

We all seek a form of calmness, of being able to just be and embrace all of life without the busyness that is often all around us. As they say ‘take a moment to stop and smell the roses’ or in my case to listen to a bird call that makes me smile.

🦋 such a inspiring message and so true. We forget as we grow that it’s ok to be ourselves when we are trying so hard to fit in or please others with how we think we need to act or be. But at the end of the day we need to find who we are inside our hearts and accept ourselves for who we truly are and not be afraid to be that person.
I remember growing up and not feeling that I fit in. I was the shy and quiet one. My face would go bright red when I got embarrassed. When I felt overwhelmed I would burst into tears. To be honest I didn’t know how to fit in, so I would place myself just outside of the friend groups. As I stand now I have learnt a lot, I don’t beat myself up for being quiet, reserved around new people and I acknowledge that I AM JUST ME in all My Heart Light.💙💙
