Jimmy G's is a cafe chain that was founded in 2012 in the Gosford CBD on the Central Coast of NSW, and has since become the answer to thousands of coffee cravings.

We are on the hunt for a new cafe manager!

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experience
*Manage and train a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
*Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and maintain supplier relationships
*Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
*Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure optimum productivity, implement menu changes, and ensure the overall seamless running of the café.
*Work closely with the café owner to create an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.

About you:
*Proven experience in café or restaurant management, preferably in a busy environment
*Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for team development
*Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
*A passion for coffee, food, and outstanding customer service
*Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic financial management
*Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
