1. Heat pan to high heat and add steak
2. Cook for 4 minutes, making sure to flip your Roam & Relish steak every minute
3. In the last minute of cooking add butter and other seasonings to the pan – whatever you like! (We recommend a dash of red wine with garlic and rosemary)
4. Take out and rest for 4 minutes before serving 🥧🥧
