Three glistening dk weight merino silk beauties off to Cairns. The slightly rustic plying seems to make the yarn reflect light in random ways. This yarn is available as dyed to order.
I want to spread the word about this great initiative by Fibre Arts Shed, a small woollen mill and fibre supply company on the central coast of NSW. They want to purchase equipment that will enable them to turn all the unusable wool from their scouring and milling processes into pelletised fertiliser for your garden. They are running a Readygofundme campaign to raise the money, which I have supported. Think about helping them reach their target - more information with this link.
