When we are looking to lose weight here are some tips to help lose the weight and keep it off!
• Don’t skip meals, eat regularly, so you don’t overdo it when you get really hungry
• Soft drinks and alcohol can be empty calories, meaning they don’t fill you up or give you any important nutrients
• Sleep is so important for weight loss! Make sure you get 7-8 hours a night
• Stop eating after dinner, especially carbohydrates, as this really helps reduce your daily calorie intake
• Increasing your exercise is super important (and not just for weight loss!)
• By eating lots of fruit and vegetables we are filling up on low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods that really help our health and help us lose weight
