The pink pillar cake to end all pink pillar cakes!

A look back at this cake for a wedding. The theme was 80’s prom and it’s one of the proudest ‘giant iridescent bow’ moments of my life.

The cake that helped me name my daughter! I loved my emails back and forth with bride Phoebe, who wanted a bold and bright cake. She trusted me with a unique design idea and I loved how it turned out. It got me thinking, I’ve never met a Phoebe I didn’t like and all the Phoebes I’ve ever met are lovers of colour and joy. So I decided to have a Phoebe in my life forever 💖

What’s better than one flower cake? Three flower cakes! I loved making this fun trio, don’t be deceived, these guys were fairly big. So big I had trouble fitting them all in shot! 🙌🏻💖

A birthday cake for Holliday Rose 🌹

Cake innards! This is actually a rare sight for us cake makers, it’s rare we get to see the insides of our cakes. I must say, it’s a nice sight!

It’s another party Teddy cake! This one was a teddy bear picnic theme so a touch of pink gingham was a must. I love adding the tiny touches to these cakes, every time you take another look you see something new. Can you spot the finger buns and fairy bread I added this time?

Not going to lie, I was gutsy working some old school piping into a design where the brief was Mediterranean in feel! But birthday girl Jill is a pal, and she told me I could do what I wanted! 😂

I have lost count of how many cakes I have made for the lovely Lola! This year the theme was mermaids, but not a mermaid tail cake though. So instead I decorated her new double digits in mermaid themed decorations, chocolate clams, chocolate bubbles and sprinkles galore! Happy birthday to Lola and her mum Khesanh 💖

Hens party cakes are my favourite cakes to try something new and fun! I used my flower pan but kept it simple and just utilised the shape as a unique blank canvas. Decorated with flowers by and cake charms by Inside was a chai cake with cream cheese buttercream.
