Net rental proceeds are donated to the work of the Gateway Children’s Fund (GCF), a PNG child development charity, that provides free education, nutrition, and health care to over 250 children every week. GCF programs include assistance for mothers and babies, as well as Playgroups, and literacy via an Elementary and Primary School in the settlements of Port Moresby.
