A good example of the various stages of cladding here.

Cavity batten installed on the frame on the left, this is required for all metal frame projects using James Hardie’s cladding , we’ve used timber batten to pack the frame so our rendered NRG board below will finish in the same plane as our Axon cladding above.

On the right, you can see the installed windows and Heka Hoods . James Hardies wrap and Axon cladding have been installed.

We’re using Nat from Solo’s construction to install our cladding, he’s a former Charles Warren Constructions Alumni and a terrific young builder on the rise.

We at Charles Warren Constructions are looking for a new Full-time Construction Foreman to join the team.

The ideal candidate will hold at least a Cert IV/Diploma in Building and Construction (Or similar qualification), 10 years experience in the industry, experience in luxury home building and an ability to complete works of a high finish.

As a foreman your responsibilities will include:

General running of all site based activities
Managing workflow
Coordinating and organising sub-trades
Attending and managing site meetings with clients and/or trades
Producing 2 week programs
Generating site diaries
Site pre-starts

Farmers cottage? The groundskeepers quarters? They never used to build them like this. These owners commitment to design possibilities saw shipping containers brought in, stacked and housed within a shed yet made into a home. One of our exciting D and C remote projects that we love to do.

A lot of progress from those steel frames, an experiential and somewhat experimental build on the Northside

Whilst we more often than not find ourselves building contemporary than traditional, this project shows how bringing those contemporary approaches (clean finishes, minimalism techniques) to something more ornate creates that crisp canvas so the detail really pops.

Iconic boardwalk of Teneriffe - our latest renovations and extension project meant taking the old face off (the entire river facing facade) and putting a new one on, adding in more square meters and capitalising on this project position.

These clients now get to enjoy every inch of their home and completely take in those amazing river views.
