While skaters maintain the laid-back, street image skateboarding was born from, the sports success has been rewarded this year by being inducted into the Olympic Games.
Exercise Right had the chance to speak with Accredited Sports Scientist (Level 2) and founder of Solid Sports, Paulo Barroso. Paulo has worked across a variety of sports and athletes, including skateboarders.
Paulo gives us an insight into how a skateboarder trains and prepares for tournaments.
