Now in it’s 12th year, the Northern Rivers’ Premiere Annual Dance event is back for 2023. Hosted by ‘Dancing With The Stars’ judge Mark Wilson, this year’s line up presents the 2023 Queensland Professional New Vogue Champions Christopher Wilson and Jordan Kopp Collins. Retutning for the third time as a partnership we welcome back to the Tyalgum stage the 2023 Southern Cross Professional Latin Champions Thabang Baloyi and Jenny Wang to present the exciting and dynamic Latin bracket. The timeless and elegant Ballroom dances will be showcased by Australian Professional Ballroom finalists Rhett and Emma Salmon.
Special guest performance by Brisbane Operatic Soprano Gabrielle Diaz (‘Opera Queensland’, ‘The Seven Sopranos’). Dinner & Show packages includes a glass of champagne on arrival. Dinner at Flutterbies Cafe from 6:00pm. Doors open at Tyalgum Hall 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start. All times are in NSW daylight savings time.

Hi, I'm Tania

When Anne from the Cancer Council invited me to participate in STARS of Northern Rivers, I experienced and internal freak out moment!

"But Anne, I have zero rhythm and CAN'T dance!"

As the importance of this fundraiser sunk in, the terrified me recognised that 4 minutes of onstage embarrassment was negligible compared with the pain and discomfort that many people I love have endured.

Cancer has impacted the life of family, friends and people in my community. Some have tragically lost their battle, while courageous survivors live each day to the full.

Research, education and early detection are critical to eradicating this disease and I hope to raise funds to accelerate the vital efforts of the Cancer Council.

I've been paired with gorgeous Danielle, a creative performer who's helping me tap into my inner Disco Diva.

On behalf people who've lost their battle with cancer and those living with this indiscriminate disease, I pledge my two-left-feet to raise essential funds for future support.
