Founded by sisters Sally Obermeder and Maha Corbett, SWIISH.com began with the vision to share Sally’s expertise for discovering chic, affordable and fabulous finds for a stylish lifestyle. As true believer in luxe style for less, Sally and the SWIISH team share practical hints, tips and advice for living your best life.

Sally and Maha share a passion for health and fitness, with Maha also a certified health coach. Testament to the SWIISH ethos of leading a healthy, happy life, Super Green Smoothies is the number-one best-selling book released by Sally and Maha in 2015 and has been reprinted 8 times, and translated across the globe into several languages. The book came about after Sally’s battle with breast cancer. She wanted to get her health back on track and adding green smoothies helped her to lose over 15kgs, increased her energy levels, improved her digestion and skin, ultimately leaving her feeling the best she had ever felt. Maha adopted the green smoothie lifestyle with similar results – she lost 8kgs, felt lean with improved digestion and better sleep. Following on from the book, was the addition of the 30 Day Super Green Smoothies Starter Challenge and 30 Day Summer Body Challenge, 2 all-inclusive programs created by the SWIISH.com team to inspire weight loss, and active, healthy and energised lifestyles. Coupled with regular health focused content on SWIISH, readers are provided with resources and motivational tips to lead their healthiest, happiest life.

Based on the belief that you don’t have to spend a fortune to live the life of your dreams, SWIISH is all about creating the best version of you, from your personal style, home, health, family and wellbeing.

In addition to SWIISH.com, you can catch Sally co-hosting Channel 7’s national news and entertainment show, The Daily Edition Monday to Friday at 2pm AEST. She is also an ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Sony Foundation. She also works with the Nelune Foundation, the Breast Cancer Network of Australia and Shake It Up (Parkinsons research).

Passionate about giving back, Maha is also a supporter of several charities including the Cancer Council and Giant Steps (helping children & young adults with autism).

In addition, Sally and Maha and their SWIISH team run the charitable initiative WISH by SWIISH. They try to bring a little joy and happiness into the lives of those suffering illness by donating beauty, fashion, pampering, and travel experiences to hopefully add a little sparkle to those who need it most in an otherwise challenging time.
