College Lawn’s Public Bar revitalised and redesigned to a more cohesive bar floor plan.
Formerly, the drinks bar was large and obtrusive with its unfavourable positioning within the space. Now this lounge has encompassed a space that flows, provides efficiency for staff and more patronage in numbers. Although, this project still came with its own challenge, Visual Builders were still able to produce an impressive bar.

Not long now till the new comedy club becomes open to the public.

is almost at completion. This project has been a stage by stage build, comprising of 2 floors each presenting its own challenges - the biggest being operative during construction. Keep your eyes peeled for the finished look coming soon…

A new pub refurb is underway! Yes it’s the European Beir Cafe! This well renowned comedy venue is currently undergoing a new fit out 8including an impressive rooftop beer garden. Keep watching this space for updates on its transformation.

We’re all for a greener build ♻️… This classic bar-front was integrated into the new bar of , still in keeping to its true rustic character.

If you haven’t already heard from , then this will certainly pass the word around. has opened its doors today to their much loved publicans and friends. We were honoured to be given the opportunity to construct this historic and iconic local in the quiet residentials of Richmond. Definitely an elegant take on pub dining that would lure into its space.

So you're a history buff? Well has had a facade facelift to reinstate its original characteristics. This building has a rich history of entertaining Melbourne for almost 2 centuries! Its more fun to have a bevy at an eye popping brew house! has all the feels of a summery afternoon stomping ground and certainly lures you in with the bright orange and blue interiors.

This restroom aims to impress! Definitely one of our most adorned yet.
‘s Tippy Tay has kept in cohesion with its Italian ornate and has continued it to its bathrooms, illusively recreating the impression of the Roman Baths.

A step back in time… this historical image show cases The Imperial Hotel] at its finest architectural build and is why it’s listed as one of Melbourne heritage buildings located on the corner of Bourke and Spring Street.

As an experienced heritage approved builder, we have the honour of conducting the intricate detailing of this build for Imperial Hotel. 🙌🙌

Something new is coming soon

A new shell for The Victorian Hotel Yarraville coming soon! Just a sneak peak of some of the work we’ve been doing for this quaint little family friendly bar.

has staged its upstairs into an eclectic Italian ‘home away from home’ restaurant named after the song line Tippy Tay. This restaurant combines traditional Mediterranean ornate with contemporary vibrant pops of colour from the hand painted ceramic tiles embedded into the Tuscan rendering (a new skill of ours 😉), terracotta detailing, and limestone flooring. Coupled with a frontage of hand glazed brick tiles, and contemporary hues of pinks in the tiling. Of course no Italian restaurant is complete with its own pizza oven - eco green actually! We’ve even repurposed it’s service bar so patrons could enjoy a drink while they wait for their piping hot pizza.
The downstairs ‘Rose Bar’ has had a spacial revamp to create a streamline flow of movement for both patrons and staff, where the bar has been elongated and recessed against the back wall. As a result the bar is now able to accomodate more tables.
