Tall and slender with silvery green, burgundy backed foliage. Its interesting veined leaf pattern makes it a popular indoor plant though equally at home in a partly shaded spot in the garden as a filler.

Our Story
I started out selling seeds on eBay around 12 years ago, then cuttings, then in no time at all my off-cuts became a nursery of potted plants people adore.I had a menagerie of plants from fruit trees to epiphyllums to collections of nearly everything. Garden tours were running hot. The garden tours stopped when we downsized 18 months ago but will be on the agenda soon enough. The newly planted gardens now consist of mostly colourful foliage plants with unusual leaf shapes co-ordinated in such a way to enhance and compliment each other.
But wait, theres more......
Over the last few years there’s been a huge demand for indoor plants so my plant genre has done a complete backflip. I had acquired previously , and more recently, some amazing rare shade loving plants. Its so exciting watching the colour changes and texture of these stunning foliage plants and Im proud to say I have quite a few very rare specimens. I don’t think I will ever say “ I don’t have the room for that plant ”...Lou
