Yesterday, I just discovered this gorgeous Happy Blend Mist. I am so in love with the essential oils it contains, such as Geranium, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang + many more. Can't wait to spray my healing space this morning, ready for my first Remedial Massage Treatment of the day. I am sure, she will love it, as much as me.

I always feel so grateful, for everybody that walks into my treatment space. So it was with a mix of excitement and a touch of sadness, that I had these flowers displayed on my electric massage table.
They were for I. F. from Kellyville, who is leaving the Hills for a sea change. She has been seeing me since 2013 and I will miss her greatly. She loved the flowers and I loved her beautiful gift and was very touched by her written words on her farewell card to me.

A behind the scenes sneak peek of my soon to be, new clinic space. Just started painted the trims tonight. It won't be long now, before I start working from here. Until then, it's business as usual in my current clinic.

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Can't wait to reopen my clinic doors this Monday, January 9!!!

So, being the new year, I thought I would take this opportunity to highlight, that I am an Accredited Practitioner with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). In fact, I am actually a Fellow with the ATMS, which is offerred to long standing Members, such as myself.

So, what does being an Accredited Practioner imply?
* Has obtained industry recognised qualifications.
* Undertakes regular professional development courses / seminars
/ webinars.
* Is registered with most, if not with all, of the Australian Health
Funds.
* Has to adhere to a professional Code of Conduct.
* Gives the public peace of mind, that they are dealing with a
Professional Practitioner, who is bound to a certain code of
conduct.

I always get super excited when someone chooses to spend part of their special day with me.

My new upgraded HICAPs machine got installed this morning. It still has it's old features such as instant Health Fund Rebates and EFTPOS facilities, including the use of Apple Wallet and Google Pay. Some new features include an easy to use touch screen and being able to claim multiple rebates with just one transaction. This is very convenient for when a husband and wife or a parent and child have back to back treatments. Can't wait to use it for the first time this afternoon. 😀

Self care is sooooo important. I always try (not perfect and consistent at it) to do something rejuvenating every day. This is important to me, considering my occupation (which I absolutely ❤️). So, what’s better than a hot bath with Radox, Magnesium Bath Salts, Candlelight and Fave Music, whilst mentally prepping next week’s menu for my family, on this rainy winter Saturday? Feel free to share your go to for rejuvenation.

It was fun surprising Kerrie from Cattai yesterday, with this great book. She won the Birchtree Natural Therapies' Autumn Draw. She was so excited and couldn't wait to look through it.

I was so excited to surprise Belinda from Dural with these goodies, to help promote mindfulness. She won the Birchtree Natural Therapies' Summer draw for simply having a Remedial Massage treatment in February. Yay!!!

Hi Everyone. Just making you aware that Cattai Ridge Road at Cattai Creek (Maralya / Glenorie) is closed, due to the road being broken up, as you can see. It may be closed for a few weeks. So, to all my Kellyville people, I suggest driving to your appointments that you have with me via Dural, Old Northern Road. I will also let you know on your reminder SMS. Stay safe everybody. 😊

Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!

Here in my clinic, I have declared February to be, “Be Your Own Valentine Month”, to help promote and encourage self care.

So, everybody that has any treatment during this month, will receive one of these beautiful aromatic melts, to be inspired to do something that improves their well being.

Why not burn these melts when you are reading, being creative, meditating, practicing yoga poses or just in the background of your day. Enjoy!!!

I originally did this post back in August, 2018, so 3 years ago. It just showed up in my feed as a reminder. I am resharing it because I feel it is even more so relevant today, in 2021 vs 2018. I find it comforting, hope you do too.

I am now less transmissable. 💉 Today I had my 2nd AZ shot and then I rewarded myself with my first coffee shot. ☕️ Another step in my COVID safety plan completed. ✔️

🔹 Covid 19 Clinic Update 🔹

Remedial Massage Allowable Under Current
Restrictions in Clinical Settings.

This directive, communicated by my Association, The Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), now allows me to continue to help those requiring easing of pain, due to their muscular dysfunction. I will be available to help if your pain requires immediate attention and you are unable to wait until the current restrictions are eased. During these restrictions, appointments will only be available to my existing client base and I will reopen my calendar to everybody, once the restrictions are eased.

Of course, under my COVID plan, I cannot treat anybody with cold or flu like symptoms or anybody that has visited a hot spot, as detailed by NSW Health. Needless to say, these requirements also extend to the close contacts of the person receiving the treatment. Masks will be required to be worn by myself and the therapy recipient, who will also need to sign in with the QR code.

Take care everyone and as always, feel free to contact me.
