It’s important to check your filament path and gears are aligned properly. This printer was reported to have constant extrusion problems. Now we know why…

(I had to remove the extruder arm and the tension spring to align and take these photos)

This is one of the most common problems that we see with Ender3’s. The X axis not constrained properly on both sides and you end up with an X-Axis that is not parallel with the Bed and not Perpendicular to Z. This one had over 5mm diffence on each side.

Check your Squareness and perpendicularity of your machine, you willbe rewarded with cleaner prints and a more reliable machine!
