So this happened last night... I was made a Fellow of the Institute of Architects. Or as we call it in FNQ, a reverse barramundi.

Architecture awards season is coming up and we're lucky enough to be a part of it!

“The 2023 Awards is now upon us with submissions having closed and more than 130 entries for the season. The 2023 Jury have been briefed, Queensland being unique with more than 63 jurors sitting on state and regional juries, who visit each and every project in Queensland (weather dependant). With more than 63 jurors on the road next month, viewing the projects across the state highlights the variety of climates we have in the “Sunshine” State. Next week the FNQ regional jury team, lead by Jury Captain Nicole Ewing, will visit projects in Far North Queensland.

With exciting times ahead, we wish all entrants and jurors the best of luck and look forward to presenting all projects for 2023 in the coming months. Thank you to all those who submitted and, please keep an eye out for the People’s Choice Link which we will share shortly!”
