We had many people offer their help for our 2025 show.
We are desperately needing people to help us mainly with on the day assistance.
Assisting people with parking, minimal set up (tables to ring) and packing up.
We are also looking for 3 stewards.

We are hoping to have our new grounds ready for March 23rd 2025, bigger, better parking and an overall better surface.

ENTRIES CLOSE TONIGHT 6PM!!
For anyone wanting to help with ring set up it will be from 4pm. Exhibitor set up not allowed until the completion of the ring set up.

Not yet home and don’t have official pics yet, our RUBIS the papillon.
But a huge Thankyou to Blackhawk for the fabulous sponsorship of our shows. And all those who sponsored rosettes. As always Computer sashes certainly produced stunning rosettes and so easy to deal with.

No setting up in the BBQ area.
Tennis Court Parking is for officals only.
Gates open at 6am, vendors will be entering from 5am so please do not block the gates.
8AM with Junior Handlers.
Anyone available to help with ring set up, it will be at 4pm. Those who help can set up their gazebos once ring set up is complete.

We also have a new area.
Due to the soccer club being renovated we will be right near our original rings. Please get there early for parking gates will open at 6am please do not block the entry as we will have vendors coming in.
A ring map will be going up later this week.
If parking does fill up, you will be able to drop off and park at the back oval.
Parking in the tennis club will be for officials only.

Seen as I am away on holidays.
Entries will close Thursday at midnight.

What a fabulous day!!
I feel like there is so many people to thank.

First of all our 4 judges Jan Cooke, Craig Reid, Kim Tresidder & Kim Haddon, you all did a great job getting through so many dogs and it was great to have you all stay and hang out with us for General Specials, there was so much laughing. Huge shout out to Craig Reid for taking our 2 interstaters to the airport after realising none of us live near the airport, we really appreciate it.

Denise Bennett and her awesome stewards Phil, Peter and Berry you all kept our show going at a perfect rate that we finished at a decent hour. Anne Lenne our awesome VCA rep who thankfully had a great day and no major issues.

Our very tiny dog committee, we have voted Katrina Coulson the committee member of the year she just did everything and I think we would all still be there packing up and ofcourse Carol, Sally and Baker who I made help me.

Glenn and Cathy Raven what a fabulous service I didn’t have to worry about anything.

The Bunyip Football Club they have just been amazing, as we were all about to leave we had a lovely phone call commenting on the lovely guys on the gates, we will be working on the parking issue.

Mostly Thankyou to the exhibitors, we really didn’t think we would get so many entries but most of all looking at our grounds you couldn’t tell there was 500 dogs and so many people there today they are lovely and clean.

I’m sure I’ve forgotten someone but we truly are so thankful.

A HUGE Thankyou to all those who came down to set up. You all made it seem so easy.
Please remember when you arrive tomorrow that our workers do need to get down the scout track to let everyone in and there is a lot of traffic going along Nar-Nar Goon-Longwarry Road to our other gate.
To help with the confusion, when you turn to Bunyip from the freeway, follow it all the way down, turn left after you cross the railway tracks and then turn right in to a gravel track. Yes there is a road closed sign just up from this, our entrance is before this.

Ring set up 4pm on Saturday, those who assist will be able to set up their gazebos once rings setup is complete.
Gates open 6AM Sunday, check for road closures as parts of Nar Nar Goon Longwarry road is closed.

The soccer club has their canteen open and Cafe 2u will be by the dogs. Please remember our whole agricultural show is run by volunteers so please be kind as we do need them all back next year.
