Bring yourself and a drink bottle! I have mats and blocks available (unless you prefer to BYO, I get you)

Exchange for the morning:
$45, this includes a one hour yoga session, chef special Brekky from INeeta Cafe plus aINeeta Cafe of choice

Absolutely love teaching this age but I cant fit anymore little ones in my class, so what do I do? Start a new class!
Starting term 3 we will have a Tiny Tots on Tuesday at 3:30pm in addition to our 4pm class. So much fun!

A great after school activity! Dancing is fantastic for emotional expression, agility, flexibility, coordination, team work and so much more. But overall it's just fun!!!

Thank you to my Adult Tap class for these beautiful homegrown flowers and pressie, but even bigger thank you to you all for a wonderful year of tap classes! I treasure the time we get together each week and feel very privileged to be able to share my love of tap dance with you.
Thank you for the laughs we have shared, the fun we have had and for never backing down from any challenge I throw your way.
