Welcome to the ACT Kendo Renmei inc. We represent the Japanese martial arts of Kendo, Seitei Iaido an Welcome to the ACT Kendo Renmei.
We represent the japanese martial arts of Kendo, Iaido and Jodo in the ACT. We are incorporated with the Australian Kendo Renmei (AKR) and internationally through the Federation of International Kendo (FIK).
Very honoured to have passed my exam with the Zen Nihon Kendo Renmei for Iaido Renshi.

Congratulations to Fumio Tsubaki Fumio
sensei, recent visitor to ACT as part of the delegation of the 2023 National Jodo Seminar and Championships, on his promotion 8 Dan Jodo Hanshi.
The ACTKR has scheduled a Jodo Kyu grading on Sunday 16 April from 0830-0930 (this is before the AKR Jodo seminar).
This grading is independent to the AKR seminar however it will provide Kyu grade members who are attending the seminar an opportunity to undertake a grading.
If any AKR members wish to attempt Kyu grading please have them complete the registration form below and submit payment BEFORE midday Friday 2 April.
