What a super Stadium Stomp!!! Who doesn't love a good run around a stadium or two?!

Smashing out the SCG and Allianz Stadium with a super crew this morning was so much fun!!

Well done to all but a special shout out to Joeley who completed her first ever running event, City2Surf AND Stadium Stomp all in one month! And to Juliette for seriously pushing her own personal and fitness goals to smash out this 4000 stair event. Amazing 👏

A massive congratulations to everyone that completed City2Surf today!

We had a number of clients power a sub 80, first timers completing it only after jumping from a recent 5k flat event to this 14k and others still competing despite nursing injuries.

And think it's just for runners? Think again! Debbie damaged the meniscus in her knee years ago and previously struggled to walk 5k without significant knee pain and swelling.

She has been progressively loading her walks and building her global and core strength this year to complete this event without pain. Her words: "Finished in about 2.5 hours. Who would have thought I could do that at 67? Knees a little sore and will ice when I get home! Otherwise all good". The positive words of a do-er!

Congratulations to all the runners that completed the 10k and half marathon today 👏.

I was especially impressed with the first timers pushing themselves past their previous distances, those pushing through the mental barrier to not drop out, those pushing a PB and those juggling injuries to get the run done without giving in. So impressed!

I completed the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker yesterday with the most amazing humans. It is moments and events like this that give you pause to think about what the formula is for achieving great things.

For some it is about a clear goal or a crazy challenge and the competitiveness that comes with that. But for me, it starts with believing I can do it, followed closely by doing it for a good cause. Then what ties these together is sharing something big with the people around me. Being surrounded by people who want to achieve it with me. And that may come in the form of actually walking with me, providing me with checkpoint support, loaning gear, training with me, sharing motivation and encouragement as fellow participants, giving advice, cheering me on or simply believing in me.

We were surrounded by a much bigger team of support crew and supporters, that made getting through this so much easier and so much more rewarding.

In short, my advice to you: find a challenge, do it for good reason and surround yourself with people that believe in you and you believe in. Do it. It will change your life.

Move better. Feel better. Live better.
