Tomorrow is back to school for many Victorian kids!
Have you considered what will happen if your child gets their period at school?
I recommend having a small pack in their school bag from the age 8 or 9 and after you've chatted to them about periods.
Periods pack:
2 disposable pads
1 pair of spare underwear
All in a small waterproof bag
If they get their first period at school they'll have everything they need to make it through the day!

What does self care look like for you?
Week 8 of term, after two years of interrupted schooling, is hard work!!!
If your child has been to the workshop, encourage them to get out their self care bingo card and use some strategies to get them through because we still have 3 weeks to go!
