Yesterday afternoon Team Taigum met up for a game of Barefoot Bowls! We all jumped in and gave it a go, although bowls is a lot harder than it looks!😁

April is Falls Prevention Month🚶💪

As we age our sure-footedness declines and our bones become brittle. Due to this at least 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 will experience a fall every year, causing falls to be a leading source of injury-related hospitalisations for over 65s.😞
Our Physiotherapist’s are here to help minimize the risk of falling at home with our Balance Classes.🤗 Classes are held weekly and are a fun addition to your usual routine, whilst learning useful skills to assist in preventing falls that could lead to injury.
