Truffle Hound
Grapes: Barbera x Sangiovese x Nebbiolo x Merlot
Notes: An approachable and jovial expression of Barbera & Nebbiolo - the aim was to retain the aromatics and savouriness for refreshment. Notes of liquorice and cardamom - juicy with a bright yet savoury finish.
Jungle Jungle
Grape: Dolcetto
Notes: Hands down the best Dolcetto they've ever made. Juicy blueberries, fresh black cherry, layered with spices and crushed herbs. It's comforting and complex all at once - hard to hate and very easy to love!
Esoterico
Grapes: Zibibbo x Gewurtztraminer x Moscato Giallo x Greco
Notes: Many call this an Amber wine, Unico Zelo calls it Esoterico. It's one of Unico Zelo's favourite wine's to craft, as there was no preconceived idea of what it had to taste like. The chief driver is pure drinkability - a scrumptious quality, mouthwatering acidity, and 'say hello!' tannins. A Bohemian at heart.
