MusicMinded was born out of a genuine love of music, & aims to provide a unique perspective on the latest releases & local artists.
MusicMinded is Courtney Corkery, who is studing a Bachelor of Arts (Media, Culture, & Communication).
What we hope to do with MusicMinded is to go beyond the face value of a track, and find out the stories and inspirations behind it. We believe its so much easier to love a song when you know why it was written, and we believe its so much easier to convert someone to be a fan of an artist when they know that their favourite artists has feelings, flaws, and failures, just like the rest of us mere mortals.
As a collective, we will have our ears to the ground for new releases, as well as being on the lookout for up-and-coming or live local bands.
