Who here grew up on Vegemite? 🙋🏼♀️
Vegemite has been a huge part of “Aussie culture” for many years now so it’s hard for us to say this but...
Did you know that it contains 150C (Caramel 111 – Artificial Colour Dark Brown to Black)? This is what gives vegemite it’s black colour. 150C is thought to be genetically modified and prepared from ammonia compounds which has been linked to gastrointestinal problems and liver problems and is recommended to be avoided in food for infants! (Source – The Chemical Maze – Bill Statham) It’s also what they use to colour coca-cola!

Our Story
Little Miss Organic was born when two like-minded friends Emma and Nicole (that's us!) had a meeting to brainstorm how we could continue to buy quality organic food in Perth, while on a limited income due to the incredible and life-changing event of becoming stay at home mums.
Constantly on the search for affordable organic food, we found ourselves driving to 3-4 different places each month to be able to get everything we wanted at the best possible prices. Needless to say, with small children in tow, this became almost impossible and a total waste of time and fuel. Our solution - Little Miss Organic!
Not only have we worked out a way to save money for ourselves, but we can also share these savings with other Perthians who want to make a real difference to their overall health with quality organic food at afforadable prices. We truly hope that this community-based initiative can help as many people as possible to look after the health and wellbeing of their family while considering a budget. Working together, connecting with like-minded people and being of service to others through this venture is an amazing source of happiness for us.
We've tried to make the process as user friendly, quick and easy as possible, so if you have any suggestions as to how we could improve, please let us know.
We look forward to journeying with you and your family towards optimal health and happiness!
