Tea Tree Plaza Park 'n' Ride Project, Modbury SA.

The Tea Tree Plaza Park 'n' Ride Project in Modbury, SA has recently undergone an expansion, resulting in the opening of an additional 500 parking spaces in February. This $43.5 million project included the construction of a multi-storey car park, increasing the total capacity of the facility to 1200 parking spaces. These enhancements aim to make public transportation a more appealing choice for commuters in the north-eastern suburbs.

Terrain Group collaborated with Adelaide Innovative Landscaping as part of the expansion project to provide the Monaco seat, known for its style and durability.

The seat is made of aluminium planks with timbermatch coating, with a powder coated extruded aluminium frame and legs, along with stainless steel anti-vandal fixings.

The 1800mm long seats were supplied with Chestnut timbermatch planks and Monument Matte frames with sub-surface fix leg and arm rests, ensuring resilience against harsh weather conditions.

Operation Bin Roll Out - Tyndale Christian School

Tyndale Christian School located in Salisbury East, South Australia started rolling out a new bin unit for their school grounds in 2023.

Terrain Group provided a cost proposal and a suggested design of a 120 Litre all stainless steel bin enclosure, to suit the existing plastic wheelie bin, and customised this with a perforated side panel, solid front, and solid back panel. In addition customised adhesive artwork was created and fixed to each bin.

Each bin was fitted with a stainless steel roof, and adjustable bolt down feet for ease of installation and fixing.

Over the last 2 years Terrain Group has installed 30 bins at Tyndale Christian School🚮

This initiative not only reduces waste but also promotes sustainability and environmental consciousness within the school community.

It has been a rewarding experience collaborating with Tyndale Christian School to provide a tailored waste management solution that aligns with their needs and values.

Hurtle John Potter Reserve Dog Park, Woodcroft, SA

In January 2023 With the support of Nat Cook Member for Hurtle Vale, the state government provided funding towards the construction of an enclosed off-leash dog park, public toilet and other improvements at Hurtle John Potter Reserve, located within the City of Onkaparinga.

Council engaged the community where there was a consultation of 607 individuals who visited the Your Say page, with 54 participating in the online survey, and 33 joining the drop-in session.

As part of the final concept plan was the inclusion of a shelter, custom bench and seating. The featured products included:

The Entrance – Angle Vale Housing Estate, SA

Located just north of Adelaide and a short 20-minute drive from the CBD lies The Entrance – Angle Vale Housing Estate in SA. This development project has been in progress for a decade, offering a carefully planned estate spread across 10 hectares of open land and vineyards. Once a part of the Virgara Family Estate, this space boasts natural beauty with gumtrees and vineyards at its entrance.

The Entrance features 750 spacious allotments, most exceeding 480m2 in size, interspersed with parks, reserves, and riding trails. It provides a secure and family-friendly environment that encourages social connections.

Jessamine Reserve, Reynella, SA

In April 2023 the City of Onkaparinga initiated a community consultation process to gather opinions on a preliminary plan for enhancing Jessamine Reserve located in Reynella, SA. The feedback received showed overwhelming approval for the proposed upgrades, as well as numerous suggestions from local residents.

As part of the upgrade there was the inclusion of new play and fitness equipment, a new basketball half court and park furntiure.

Terrain Group supplied the following furniture to RDB Earthmoving and Landscaping Solutions

Within the Vista Land Development, and also part of Fairland residential development portfolio, you will find a mix of quality new homes and open spaces, with a growing town centre that includes an Aldi supermarket, an all-important coffee shop, a fitness centre, a childcare centre, a medical clinic and much, much more.

Official Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct Opening, SA

Earlier this month, the Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct was officially unveiled by Alexandrina Council with Mayor Keith Parkes in attendance.

Terrain Group Pty Ltd is thrilled to present the completed project!

The project included the supply and installation of:

A 2 Day Restroom Erection😮😃

At Terrain Group we know how important quick turnaround time is with high-quality finishes.

After 48 hours our team built a wheelchair compliant restroom complete with a rear service room and electrical and plumbing.

This brand new facility will now service commuters at the Old Reynella Park n Ride precinct located adjacent to the restrooms.

Giant Pebbles, Woden, Canberra, ACT

This unique modular design enables seamless integration in any urban surrounding.

Featured here in the heart of Canberra’s CBD, the Pebbles have been set within an urban precinct amongst office buildings, footpaths and restaurants.

They completely fit in this outdoor environment, giving people a chance to experience this unique stylish design.

Be it a coastal environment or city streets, sitting on Pebbles can be exciting and relaxing. Its a furniture piece unlike any other which compliments any architectural design.

These Giant Pebble seats can be made to almost any space, making it perfect for indoor and outdoor public places where a modern, sophisticated and unique design is desired.

The Pebbles are made of Ultra High Performance Concrete and the seat is internally reinforced with a steel structure.

Moreover, within the seat there are 10-mm holes for rainwater drainage for the wet months. The collection comes in small, medium and large sizes and can be colour customised.

Capricorn Shelters, Port Pirie Council, SA

As part of the next stage of the Port Pirie Regional Council foreshore upgrade Terrain Group supplied x6 Capricorn shelters to Port Pirie Council to install.

One of the project's aims is to enhance the foreshore for land based recreation. Visitors will soon be able to enjoy shelter and shade throughout the year, improving their overall experience.

The project is expected to be completed later this year,

ANZAC Park, Freeling, SA

Conveniently located near the main street within Light Regional Council the park is a special place for both locals and visitors to explore history and nature.
