I believe strongly believe "preparation is key". I love my 1 hr of exercise in the gym, but it's all the other hours of the day that add to success.

This is where it counts. My goal is to share my tips and tricks to make it easier for others to make healthy and thoughtful choices each day. I want to give you what works for me to help find what works for you. Reach me for:

A Reminder to choose you.

Knowing what your body and mind needs to feel good is self care. They are codependent. And it is not selfish. It is choosing to show up for the best version of you.

1. Growth is uncomfortable because you’ve never been there before.
2. Choose your hard. Growing is hard, staying the same is also hard.
3. The longer it takes to start, the longer it takes to build. Do it now.
4. Today is your opportunity to build the tomorrow you want.
5. There no failures only lessons moving forward.

Don’t wait for someone or something.

Resistance is usually a sign it’s the thing you need the most (and you often know it).

Turn into it, face it and live up to your calling.

That hard truth that’s hard to swallow. Turn it into that feeling that it makes you deeply nervous but excited in a good way.

O23 is my nervous, my excitement and my calling.

When simple hits goooood 👌🏼

Lemon & Garlic Baked Barra

2x140g barramundi filets
3 tbs “Garlic and Herb”
1 large sweet potato, sliced into 2cm discs
2 bunches broccolini
1 tbs olive oil
1 lemon, to serve

Preheat oven to 180c.
Toss sliced sweet potato in olive oil. Then lay sweet potato in a single layer on lined baking tray and roast in hot oven for 40 minutes.

Lay barramundi skin side down on a lined baking tray. Top with Garlic and Herb Mingle Seasoning between the two fillets to create a crusted top. Roast in hot oven for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve Lemon & Garlic Baked Barramundi with a side of roasted sweet potato and steamed broccolini.

Simple and the best. 🐟
