Sam sits down with Andre Selga from SouthLand Merchants to discuss the origins and roasting approach of a very special bean: the natural fermented Sudan Rume from Satuario do Sul Farm in Mantiquieria de Minas. Sam travelled with Andre to Brazil to meet the farmer, Luiz Paulo Pereira, in 2019, so this is the culmination of a long journey... it should be spectacular!
