BoogieBuds had a brilliant time today visiting and doing a session for The RANCH 's Play Time Group at the RAAF base💕👌
We danced, sang, enjoyed the sparkle bags suprises, we dressed up, went on a dinosaur hunt, had bubble time then ended the session with a free play sensory disco 💃🕺

🌟At Box'N'Bounce we use our trampolines to kick, punch and bop away to the cool beats!
⭐️Then Clubbercise is straight after. No trampolines for this class. We use glowsticks to add to the club vibes and we enjoy dancing combat style to the best club anthems 👌💃🎉

Wednesdays 10am BoogieBuds at The Veteran Centre on Baylis St still has spaces. This 45min class designed for 0-5 year olds to enjoy is packed with fun and magic 💕

Today we had our last Vinnies Multicultural Playgroup session for Term 2. We had Zoe from Boogie Buds bringing some bubbles and dancing fun.

☆ We have Boogie Bootcamp for the Blamey Community Group Inc. On Saturday 25th May 9.30am. These classes are usually $16 to book but if you are Blamey Community member it is just $5... Bargain!! (To become a member just visit the Blamey linked page above & there you can join).
In this Bootcamp session, you can expect great music, a mix of cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises that will work your entire body whilst having a good giggle!

☆Boogie Bounce & Clubbercise mini taster sessions will be held at the Veteran Centre's Wellbeing Open Day this Wednesday at 4pm. This is along with lots of other fab local groups being showcased throughout the day. This event is free for all Veteran families.
