It has been a long needed break. I was walking in the city, craving a cake, and realised that there is no café offering a healthy alternative. And so finally I was inspired to bake again and this time it was a remake on a classic German cake. Yummy plum cake with almond crumble. As usual true to myself: organic and no sugar added. Will I have it in range? 🤔 Could do! But filling depends on the season.
