⭐️pizza scrolls⭐️

Pizza scrolls ready for the freezer for lunch boxes.
I did a double batch because usually they don’t make it to the freezer and they just “disappear” 🤣

-enjoyed a coffee while my dough was kneeding 😉….making dough is so quick and easy with a Thermomix®️
-let it rise and rolled it out
-I used store bought pizza sauce
-Blitzed up garlic, onion, capsicum and squeezed off any extra liquid.
-blitzed up 100g of salami and 100g of ham
-Spread it all over with a sprinkle of grated cheese.
-Let prove in a warm oven until they had doubled in size
-Baked for about 20 min.

I blitzed up the whole 1kg and will freeze it in zip lock bags ready to freeze and use when needed 👌

Who loves fresh food from their garden?

This is our little herb/mini veg garden. We planted these baby’s about a month ago from seedlings and they are growing so beautifully. The boys love to water them everyday and check on them to see how they are growing.
