We unlock our full potential with an invigorating Sunday training session at the Cockpit! Celebrate Scott Chino's Birthday with a refreshing workout, then cap off the day with a satisfying schnitzel and beer at the pub, basking in the camaraderie and accomplishment.

If you want a piece of pie from one of the great bakery's going round, Knights of Albion is running a pie drive through Hayden's Pies in Ulladulla, raising money for some much needed soft kit for training.

The Knights of Albion, in partnership with Queen St Bakery, are conducting a Pie Drive fundraiser to obtain soft kit equipment, including helmets, gloves, leg pads, shields, and weapons. We have set a fundraising goal of $3000.00 and appreciate your support. Orders can be placed from 5:30pm today at the Albino Park Showgrounds (Poultry Shed). Please bring exact cash for your orders. Your Pie Drive order will be ready for collection on Monday, October 28th. We will contact you when your order is ready. Thank you for your support.

Over 400 spectators turned up at the to watch us all fight.

To everyone who suited up and braved the cage tonight... It was an absolute spectacle, the crowd was enthralled with your bravery and the big hits, You all did great! very proud of everyone.

If cosplay is not real enough and mixed martial arts is not extreme enough for you, then at Knights of Albion: Illawarra armoured combat we may have the sport for you.

Knees, elbows, punches, headbutts are all legal. You can't manipulate small joints and you can't stab with the weapons. They're basically the rules in a nutshell.

Once in armour, competitors are inspected by a marshal, then the 90-second round begins.

Because it's all metal, when you take a hit it will actually smell like someone's been welding and you see sparks fly off the armour.

"This is much more fun than MMA — 'throw that axe at the person's head!'"

Historic medieval battle sees swords and shields clash at UNIBAR, UOW CAMPUS fight knights take each other on. 🗡🛡

Big thanks to Team Havoc for having us up at the scrape for some armoured training today focusing on grappling techniques and drills while on and off the list it was a great session and we can't wait to put into practice what we learnt and to do it again soon.

Great session tonight!...We started of with a circuit. We then went outside to practice head rip drills following through with a shield punch.
3v3 Buhurts. Welcome to 3 new members tonight 😊 Scott started them off with circuit, then took them through breakfalls how to fall safely. Great night & awesome turn out!!
