Great successful progress Karlie Chung

I’m so proud of Karlie she has come such a long way with her dedication and discipline!

We have been working together through her health and fitness journey for a couple of years now up and downs. This time round she was more determined to achieve more and put herself first towards really transforming. Most importantly she was ready and determined more than ever, not just talk the talk but walk the walk to take full accountability and work hard!

We set a specific nutrition plan around her goals and fueling her body optimally, losing body fat and getting back into training consistently.

She has done amazingly well with the entire journey we did have a paused 2 week break fighting off flu with her family but got right back up and working hard again. Bouncing back stronger!! 💪

Sarah returned to me after falling out of routine with consistency in her training and nutrition. She wanting to feel better again in her own skin, focus on her overall lifestyle, creating a better routine to feel good again with training and fueling her body.

The process has been up and down and that’s ok because nothing is perfect. She focused to always get back up and continue to be better with what’s important for her overall wellbeing. Prioritising to better her nutrition and training not only for her physical health but mentally.

We have definitely achieved that. Body recomposition, making better choices and feeling positive with her mood and physical health and changes.

It’s not about only tracking weight loss but tracking visual and measurement changes to see progress.

BE KIND AT THE GYM!!

Surprisingly, one place where random acts of kindness are not commonly seen is at the gym! I enjoy going to the gym to train as I’m there often. Making the choice to introduce a random act of kindness at the gym to bring joy to someone’s day.

Finding time to go to the gym can feel like a small miracle! I understand that this is a common struggle for many individuals. With everyone leading hectic lives, it’s important to appreciate and acknowledge the effort put into prioritizing fitness. Juggling the responsibilities of life, it often feels like a miracle to make it to the gym! This is a sentiment shared by many. In a world where everyone is constantly on the go, it’s crucial to recognize and applaud the dedication to incorporating fitness into our busy schedules.

Performing a simple act of kindness doesn’t require much effort. I’ve realized that even a small gesture like holding the door open for someone can brighten their day, as I smile and express my gratitude when it happens to me.

Other ways;

• Acknowledge and appreciate someone’s hard work or skill.
• Greet someone warmly with a smile and a friendly hello.
• Offer someone the opportunity to use a fitness machine before you, showing kindness and consideration.

Don’t have a bad attitude at the gym. Because you truly don’t know what that person maybe going through!
