Give me a B... -> Congratulations to our U14.1 boys, their parents, Coach Earle, Manager Paul and everyone associated with the team. The Match report from Manager Paul is as follows: A bright sunny day and brilliant artificial pitch greeted us at Kellyville for our Quarter Final match against Kellyville Kolts. The early exchanges were tight, with both sides showing glimpses of what they had to offer in attack. The tight tussle continued until late in the 1st half when the Bally Boys began to get on top and were rewarded with a penalty after Sam U was brought down in the box. Oscar H calmly slotted the penalty in the corner to make it 1 nil at the break. The 2nd half started at a fast pace and soon after Oliver S was rewarded after some neat interchange passing with Henry S lead to our 2nd goal after 5 mins. From there, the Bally Boys controlled the match and some disciplined play right across the field enabled control of possession and field position, and ultimately grab another goal with 5 minutes remaining to seal the result. Oliver S was the scorer again after Sam U put through a magnificent diagonal pass to create the chance. Fulltime score was BJFC winning 3-0. Another great team performance from all the boys! Thank you to Kellyville Kolts for providing A1 facilities and for their sportsmanship after the match ended. On to the Semi Fi

Thank you to the volunteers who have come down this morning to give us a hand. There is still a fair bit to do. If you have some time, please come down with your whipper snipper and let’s help the ground dry out. We could also do with some rakes to rake the grass. Bring your gum boots.
