End of season dinner. Great season boys! First time in div 2 and went all the way to the grand final! Well done boys! Also a well deserved Most Improved Jacob Hudson and MVP William Power! GO FUMBLERZ!!

Great first season in Div 2 and managed to get to the Grand Final!! Well done boys! Didn’t get the W in the final but so proud to make it there in our first season!! All had fun getting there! GO FUMBLERZ!!!!

Game 7

50 Shades of Klay needed someone to step up and hit the game winner against Fumblerz in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. TeeJae K heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 24 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Joah FG also helped out in the win with 19 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Will P pushed the break and went home with a tidy 17 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Neale P owning the glass and taking names in the post with 16 points on the sheet . 50 Shades of Klay put their win streak on the line against a Div 3 championship team the Fumblerz who were simply on fire this game. Fumblerz had many players score and were smashing Js in from everywhere, The Father Son combo Will and Neale leading the way for Fumblerz but the game was all tied up when Robbie JT hit 1 free throw to get up by 1! 50 Shades of Klay take the win by 1 point and keep their top rank. Fumblerz are in 5th and have dropped their last 3 games. But huge effort to challenge a stacked team!

Game 6

Killa Beez started strong and got the jump on Fumblerz and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Jayden weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 24 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Dan B the recipient of some nice extra passes for open shots getting him 16 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Neale P pulling in much needed offensive rebounds as well as 12 points but a loss unfortunately , Will P helped out with the load getting 6 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Killa Beez always keeping their best plays when they need them, and they pulled some unexpected plays out this game giving the Fumblerz hell on both ends. Neale was tearing up the inside, as The shooters from Killa Beez kept drilling shots to keep them at bay. Fumblerz ended up down as they hit less 3s and took the L.

Game 5

Goat’s n Bros grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Fumblerz couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Cam B couldnt miss much as he led his team with 18 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Kyle D also helped out in the win with 14 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Danny B got busy from the midrange owning the glass and working the post with 14 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Neale P pitched in to add to the score with, 13 points on the sheet . Goat’s n Bros started off slow and has a little time to get going until the Fumblerz started to get heir Js to drop and their inside soldiers to go to battle. Fumblerz were lead by Danny B who was drilling shots from everywhere including outside. Neale in the Post was too much for them 1st half, till Goat’s n Bros stepped up their offense and mad a last rush for the finish…and it worked! Great win and great game! Both teams sharing the 3rd rank.

Game 4

Fumblerz grinded out a win in a back and forth match vs Ring stings and hustled harder getting the W. Danny B couldnt miss much as he led his team with an 11 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Neale P also helped out in the win with 7 points worth of buckets in the win. Fumblerz getting out early and putting in some work getting a lead early and keeping it only slightly throughout. Shannon B was on fire smacking down 3 after 3, till he tweaked his ankle and the shot was gone, allowing Fumblerz to sn**ch the win from Ring stings who have been shooting well and getting the job done so far!

Great end of season dinner out with some of the boys! And congrats to the medal winners The last season Most Improved Robby Jay Tan and MVP Daniel Barbz and the last MVP before Covid hit Nitin Arya ! Great stuff boys!! GO FUMBLERZ!!!!

Game 3

Bohica grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Fumblerz and set the tone from the start, big mentions to the performers in this game. John J getting stats from everywhere including 12 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Conor also helped out in the win with 11 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Aj D focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 6 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Al B 5 & Dave G pitched in to add to the score with, 5 points on the sheet . Bohica hammering the break this game as Fumblerz stuck to their half court game, looking for the midrange shot through Barbz and getting some drive and dish action from Al. Bohica was good this game and outmatched the Fumblerz with pure intensity, the extra passes and varied attack was what won the day. Game BOHICA….till they meet again! Next time boys! GO FUMBLERZ!!!!

Game 2

Fumblerz needed an overtime thriller against the Sugar Dunkertons in and overtime thriller that kept the crowd waiting for the next bucket to close the game. Will slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 12 points to get over the line. . Neale P 10 & Danny B played well as far as getting 9 points worth of buckets in the win. Fumblerz rising from Div 3 to take on a strong team with some big names, Sugar Dunkertons look different but not any less deadly as they held the lead going into the end of regular time. But the Fumblerz had more to say. And Mitch J hit a huge three after Danny B was on fire from midrange to catch up ad draw the game. In OT they traded buckets, and a heartbreaking made basket was waved off at the buzzer by Dan B as they siren sounded with just .40 of a second between the buzzer and release! The shootout ensued and the Sugar Dunkertons weren’t able to hit their shots and gave up the game in the shootout, they could have closed the game many times with free throws but just didn’t have it 2nite! Basketball gods at work! Great close game!! Well done boys!! GO FUMBLERZ!!!!

MIB started strong and got the jump on Fumblerz and pushed it all the way to the end. Omar N heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 22 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Seth 15 & Jet the recipient of some nice extra passes for open shots getting him 13 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Neale P let it fly and hit more than missed with 16 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Danny B got to good spots on the court and shot well with 14 points on the sheet . MIB and Fumblerz the 2 light blue teams that have never met before. Fumblerz did a great job on MIB till the MIB offense started grooving and the touch passes did their magic to open up the forwards in the middle. Great effort from Fumblerz but MIB was all over this one and took the W.

Being the level of the team Fumblerz were facing they did well under pressure to keep to game from being a blow out and took the game to MIB. Even bringing the score down to 6 points and one point in the game to worry MIB. Well done boys!! GO FUMBLERZ!!!!
