post: Here i am showing the most difficult canal anatomy & root canal treatment in upper wisdom tooth. The visualization was so poor & i had to work almost blindly. The patients mouth opening was so restricted, so i had to wait to visualize the canal anatomy in 3rd visit.In case of 2 canal anatomy the buccal & palatal canal or***ce is almost 90 degree. But here the or***ce anatomy was so interesting that i mentioned below. Everything is possible in case of 3rd molar tooth.

The metallic tips of N Root SP bc sealer is so much effective in such cases.

What kind of thrill we didn't saw in this case. Almost everything was there. Fracture tooth,MB2 canal with curve MB, File separation, Bypass, wide palatal canal, long rooted all canal(22mm), irregularities in radiograph.

When your patient is young adult then go & search for MB2 canal. It's a must duty.

post: Tooth #47 with irreversible pulpitis & management.

post: Patient came to our clinic with pain immediate after RCT. The main reason was so bad BMP & lack of obturation.this kind of work from a dental surgeon is not accepted.It's all about his negligence & he even try to fix it. patient lost their faith from a surgeon for this kind of activity.

I had a dream to work with separated MB1 & MB2 canal.This is my 1st case with separated MB1 & MB2 canal.I want to dedicate this case to my dear brother Md Refat Readul Islam vai.I also remember that i 1st saw a MB2 canal from his case & then he guided me how to locate it.Today is a great day for him.He successfully get his PHD Degree from Hokkaido University. patient came to our clinic with consistent swelling & pus discharge from Tooth #21&22 one month after RCT. Previously he visited a renowned dental chamber of our city & this RCT was done by a renowned dental surgeon. He already spent lots of money but his Sinus tract was non healing. After that the surgeon gave him apicoectomy treatment plan in such cases where the endodontics was poorly neglected.
We assured him that a good endodontic treatment is good enough for his recovery & here we have completed 4 months follow up of this case.Now patient is completely ok.Alhamdulillah.
