চিত্র-১। যদি রাস্তার মাঝখানে কাটাকাটা সাদা দাগ থাকে, তাহলে বুঝবেন, আপনি ওভারটেক করতে পারবেন।

চিত্র-২। যদি দাগ এক টানা হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে বুঝবেন, ওভারটেক করা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ।

The health and safety of your workers, staff, visitors, and community is vital to your organisation’s success. No matter how good your offerings, how talented your staff, or how much funding you have, your organisation cannot survive without a strong environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program.
EHS helps prevent injuries and illnesses. It strengthens and protects your brand reputation. And it prevents and mitigates costly financial harm to product,buildings, spaces, and equipment and lives. According to OSHA, every $1 spent on EHS can save your organisation $4 to $6.
Investing in EHS people, processes, and systems should be a priority for every organisation.
So why does it sometimes feel like EHS is just a big money sink, or something that holds your EHS program back?
In our experience, your feelings about your EHS program often come down to how well you can conceptualize the risks present at your organisation, and how well your EHS team is equipped to address those risks.
If you don’t see your EHS team as a critical and valuable resource, that might be a leading indicator that you’re set up for an incident coming down the pike.

আক্রান্ত হলে নাক চোখ ফুলে যাবে । চোখে হলে সারাজীবনের জন্য অন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। brain এ চলে গেলে মৃত্যুর আশঙ্কা রয়েছে।
ভারতের মোট আক্রান্তের প্রায় ৫০% মৃত্যুবরণ করেছে। এখন সাবধান না হলে পরিণাম খুব খারাপ হবে যা কল্পনার বাইরে।

(2). Without being an engineer we do engineering.
(3). Without being a MBA we concern about management.
(4). Without being an artist we perform every in morning show which is called Tool box talk meeting .
(5). Without writer we write poem and draw posters.
(6). Without being a social worker we do social work (like arrange resting shelter , smoking areas , Drinking water facilities.)
(7). The main thing is we give a best covered to all departments science , commercial, Human Resource, administration , arts , and management.
I love ❤ my profession because my Profession is my Passion.
