Recently, our esteemed AGM (Plant) hosted an enlightening training workshop on "Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Skills" for all our dedicated Heads of Plant and their invaluable assistants.
The session was a deep dive into the powerful nexus between emotional intelligence and effective leadership, emphasizing the vital role EI plays in fostering teamwork, enhancing decision-making, and boosting workplace harmony.

We recently had the privilege of hosting a 'Fire Safety' training led by Mr. Saluddin Ayubi, our esteemed Fire and Safety Officer and Assistant Manager of EHS. Through this training, our dedicated team at the Plant delved deep into vital safety measures, emergency protocols, and the nuances of preparedness.
Safety is not just a priority; it's a part of our organizational culture! We firmly believe that knowledge is the foundation of prevention, and this workshop was a significant stride in that direction. Together, we are forging a safer work environment for all.

We had the privilege of hosting a remarkable training workshop led by our AGM on "Understanding Organisational Behaviour: Unleashing the Power of Effective Workplace Dynamics."

Heads of Plant and their talented assistants came together for a day of knowledge-sharing and growth. The workshop delved deep into the details of organizational behavior, fostering a stronger, more dynamic workplace culture.

Bangladesh is a blessed country with variety of seasonal tasty fruits. It is said that seasonal fruits have the elements to prevent ourselves from the seasonal diseases. Even though all the fruits have positive elements for our body, we mostly eat fruits for their taste. When we taste together, it feels like a festive.
Yesterday, Team HR at Baraka Patenga Power Limited, a concern of Baraka Group arranged a fruit festival party for their employees. They also shared the benefits of eating different types of fruits.

A campaign with the slogan “Say No to Plastic” was organized by Baraka Patenga Power Limited (BPPL) yesterday. In the presence of Mr. Saleh Ahmed Chowdhury, Counselor, 41 no Patenga Ward, Chattogram, Mr. Aminul Islam, AGM, Plant (BPPL) led the campaign. In this campaign they removed the plastic bottle, plastic items along with other non-biodegradable waste from the canal in front of BPPL. They also aware the local people about the serious impact of excessive using of plastic on the environment and the human being. Other senior officials from BPPL were also present in the campaign.
The initiative was covered by the local reputed newspaper “Dainik Purbokone” as well.

They visited Sajek, the north of Chittagong Hill Tracts, with a slogan “Change your plastic manner to save life and environment.”, Cox's Bazar sea beach, the longest sea beach in the world, with a slogan “Say no to Plastic” and Bandarban with a slogan “Green Earth Clean Earth”
