Job Context
The role of a Manager of administration in a shopping mall is a critical one that involves overseeing and managing various liaison activities, enhance the mall`s brand image, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
• Implement a comprehensive management strategy for the shopping mall. This includes ensuring maintenance of the infrastructure, total asset management (Generator, Lift , operation etc.).
• Manage the marketing budget for the shopping mall. This involves allocating funds to various marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to create awareness and attract shoppers to the mall. This may involve traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, and other channels.
• Collaborate with mall tenants to support their efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message throughout the mall. Assist tenants in implementing marketing strategies and coordinating joint promotional events in line with the market committee.
• Organize and oversee events and activities within the shopping mall.
• Manage the mall's public relations efforts, including handling media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. Build and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets.
• Preparing and presenting agenda for the market committee and create memo and minutes for each meeting. Circulation of the same to all the committee members and communicate the same to the shop tenants (If Necessary).
• Maintaining logbook and keeping tracks of all the expenditure of the market. Keeping records of the same and providing necessary data to audit when required.
• Maintaining personal data of all the employees working within the market. Involvement in hiring process of new employment and also manage leave management data along with employee resignation and termination process.
• Maintaining entry and exit register of all the assigned workers of the shopping mall.
• Keeping necessary tracks and maintain a complain book.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and setting performance expectations. Foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including advertising standards and data privacy regulations.
• Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience within the shopping mall, from the moment customers enter the premises to their shopping and till market closes.
• Explore and implement sustainable marketing practices and initiatives that align with environmental and social responsibility goals.
