-Make outbound sales calls to foreign customers, primarily in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK
-Guide customers through the sales process and generate new sales leads over calls
-Submit and track leads in software and Excel until sales completion
-Collect and manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
-Meet and exceed lead generation targets under pressure
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
-Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Candidates with previous experience in MCA Live Transfer, Janitorial/Air Duct Appointment setting, or Australian solar campaigns are preferred
-Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
-Experience with Gmail for communication and basic emailing skills
-Familiarity with dialing software and CRM systems
-Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate various software applications and tools

𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:
-Competitive hourly rate (70 - 120 BDT per hour based on credibility)
-Sales Bonus: Earn an additional 5-10k BDT monthly
-Attendance Bonus: 1,000 BDT
-Over Time Facilities: Hourly + 25 TK
-Food Allowance: 1600 BDT
