USAID এর অর্থায়নে এবং US Forest এর তত্ত্বাবধানে জুলাই মাস থেকে শুরু হচ্ছে Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমের তৃতীয় ব্যাচ। নার্সারি, মাশরুম, হাইড্রোফোনিক্স, ড্রাইভিং, সেলাই, কম্পিউটার এবং ইলেকট্রিক বিষয়ে দেশের সেরা প্রশিক্ষকের তত্ত্বাবধানে পাঁচ মাস ব্যাপী চলবে এই প্রশিক্ষণ। সাথে রয়েছে এক মাসের ইন্টার্নশিপের সুযোগ। শুধুমাত্র কক্সবাজার এবং বান্দরবান জেলার ১৮-২৫ বছর বয়সী H.S.C পাশ করতে না পারা সুবিধাবঞ্চিত তরুণ-তরুণীরা এই প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। YCC প্রশিক্ষণটিতে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীরা বিনামূল্যে খবার, আবাসিক সুবিধা এবং বৃত্তি পাবেন।। নিজ নিজ দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের জন্য যারা আবেদন করতে চান, তাদের জন্য আবেদন করার সময়সীমা ১৮ মে থেকে ৩১ মে।

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2022, about 4 thousand people were engaged at Teknaf through different activities and events under AHP Bangladesh Consortium Multi-Year Program.
Among them, honorable Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Teknaf Upazila, CiC of Camp: 21, Upazila Women Affairs Officer of Teknaf Upazila, Upazila Project Implementation Officer of Teknaf Upazila, Upazila Secondary Education Supervisor of Teknaf Upazila, members and chairmen of different unions (local government representatives) of Teknaf Upazila, majhi and sub-majhi of different camps, others representatives from different national and international organizations, PNGO representative, journalists and beneficiaries were present.
During the event, UNO said expressed his urge for an equitable society for both male and female soon. The chief guest and other special guest distributed the prize among drawing competition winners. Young CBYC members (girls and boys) expressed their feelings and shared their commitments at the discussion part of the event. We also collected commitment from all participants.
