সিভি লেখার সময় যে ২২ টি বিষয় আপনাকে মনে রাখতে হবে ।

১। Google Drive এর লিংক দিয়ে জবে আবেদন করা যাবে না। নিয়োগকর্তা আপনাকে lazy, insincere ভেবে আপনার সিভিটি A করবে না। কারন আপনি সিভি তে সার্কুলার অনুযায়ী কোন পরিবর্তন না করেই আগের সিভি পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছেন। তাই সিভি ফাইল নতুন ভাবে Attached করে মেইল করুন।

২। সিভি ফাইল সব সময় PDF হিসেবে পাঠাতে হবে।

৩। প্রফেশনাল ইমেইল আইডি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ফেক কিংবা অদ্ভুত নামের ইমেইল আইডি যেমন [email protected], [email protected] দিয়ে আবেদন করলে আপনার সিভি খুলে ও দেখা হবে না।

৪। CV File কে সুন্দরভাবে নামকরণ করতে হবে ।
যেমন-
Arif_NSU_MBA
Mahim_Sales Manager_ABC company
Sakib_10_years_experienced......................
যেভাবে নামকরণ করা যাবে না।

৫। অনেকেই মনে করেন fancy font ব্যবহার করলে CV/Resume হয়তো অনেক সুন্দর হবে। তাই fancy font use করে থাকেন কিন্ত এটি ভুল এবং প্রফেশনাল নয়। সুতরাং Do not use fancy font in your CV/Resume

৬। অভিজ্ঞতা এবং ইনফরমেশন কম হলে font size ১২ এবং অভিজ্ঞতা এবং ইনফরমেশন বেশি হলে font size 11 ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সিভির প্রথম থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত same size font ব্যবহার করতে হবে। heading /Title সব গুলোর সাইজ বড় হবে।

৭। সিভি তে ফরমাল এবং আপডেট ছবি দিতে হবে। অনেক বছর আগের ছবি, সেলফি কিংবা ক্যাজুয়াল ছবি দেওয়া যাবে না।

৮। সিভির উপরে বড় করে বোল্ড করে Curriculum Vitae or Resume of your name লিখা যাবে না। কারন আপনার কাছে সিভি চাইলে সিভি এবং রিজিউমি চাইলে রিজিউমি পাঠাতে হবে। Bio-data ব্যবহার হবে শুধু মাত্র শুভ কাজে ( বিবাহ )।

৯। সিভির সাথে Cover Letter দিতে হবে। Cover Letter ২ ভাবে দিতে পারেন। ইমেইলের বডি পার্টে দিতে পারেন অথবা সিভি এবং কাভার লেটার একসাথে দিতে পারেন।

১০। সিভিতে অযথা পারসোনাল ইনফরমেশন দিয়ে আপনার সিভির মান কমাবেন না। যেমন আপনি পুরুষ নাকি নারী তা আপনার নাম & পিকচার দেখেই বুঝা যায়। তাই আলাদা করে বাবা মায়ের নাম, জেন্ডার, ধর্ম এইসব মেনশন করা বোকামি। সিভি তে বর্তমান ও স্থায়ী ঠিকানা যুক্ত করবেন।

১১। Achievement Based সিভি/ রিজিউমি তৈরি করতে হবে। একগাদা Responsibility দিয়ে সিভি / রিজিউমি কে রিপোর্ট এর মত বোরিং বানানোর দিন এখন আর নেই।

১২। দেশের বাহিরে আবেদন করার সময় অবশ্যই সিভিতে Skype ID যুক্ত করবেন কারন অনেক সময় Skype দিয়ে লাইভ Video Call দিয়ে Interview নেওয়া হয় এবং আপনার ফোন নং ✆ এ Country Code +88 যুক্ত করবেন।

১৩। আধুনিক যুগে সব ই পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে । তাই আপনার ফরম্যাট টি ও হতে হবে ইউনিক। পুরাতন ফটোকপি দোকানের মত সাদা কালো ফরম্যাট দিয়ে নিজের দাম কমাবেন না দয়া করে। সিভি কালার প্রিন্ট করবেন অবশ্যই।

১৪। সিভি কোন প্রেম পত্র নয়। তাই ইচ্ছেমতো বড় করা যাবে না। আপনার সিভিটি ২ পেজের মধ্যে সম্পুর্ন করুন। আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা অনেক বেশি হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৩/৪ পেজে শেষ করুন।

১৫। জবে আবেদন করার সময় যখন আপনি Email এ সিভি সেন্ড করবেন, তখন কখনো মেইল Forward করবেন না। মানে হচ্ছে আগে কোন কোম্পানিতে সিভি সেন্ড করেছেন সেই সিভিটি অন্য জব এ পুনরায় Forward করবেন না । নতুন ভাবে সিভির ফাইল টি আপলোড করে নতুন ভাবে আবেদন করুন ।

১৬। জব পজিশন অনুযায়ী আপনার সিভি তে Key Words ব্যবহার করতে হবে। যাতে ATS Screening করলেও আপনার সিভি রিজেক্ট না হয়।
