বেকিং নিয়ে ছোটবেলা থেকে আগ্রহ অনেক ছিল। বাসায় নিজে নিজে মাঝে মাঝে একটু আরেকটু এগুলো নিয়ে কাজ করতে চেষ্টা করতাম।বেকিং এর A to Z সব কিনে ফেলি হঠাৎ। মনে অনেক সাহস নিয়ে বাবুকে মায়ের কাছে রেখে যেয়ে কোর্স করলাম শখের বশে। কাজ শিখলাম এটা ভেবে যে পরিবার, নিজের ছেলেকে মনমতো বানিয়ে যাতে খাওয়াতে পারি। পরে আপন কিছু মানুষ তখনই অর্ডার দিলো সাহসের সাথেই নিলাম। সবাই খুব প্রসংশা করল আর কিছু মানুষ inspire করল পেইজ খুলার জন্য। এগুলোর কোন প্লান ছিল না আমার আসলে।আমার বেশিরভাগই রিপিটেড কাস্টমার।অনেকেই বলে গ্রেজুয়েশন করে কেন আমি বেকিং লাইনে যাচ্ছি, জব কেন করছি না। তাদের জন্য একটা কথাই জব করতে ইচ্ছা করে না আমার প্রয়োজনে পরে করব কারন এখন ২৪ ঘন্টা আমি আমার ছেলেকে সময় দিতে চাই (বেকিং এর কাজ ফাকে ঝোকে করি) আর বেকিং আমার সখ। আমার অনেক ভালো লাগে যখন আমার ছেলে বার বার আমার বানানো কেক খাচ্ছে, প্যাটিসও খায় সে।আশেপাশের মানুষের কাছে যখন ভালো কিছু শুনি আমার শান্তিও লাগে। আমি প্রোফিটের জন্য আপাতত কাজ করছি না। নিজেকে ব্যস্ত আর স্ট্রেসফ্রি রাখতে এই কাজ করা। পেজটা আস্তে আস্তে আপনাদের ভালোবাসায় বড় হচ্ছে ভালো লাগে।নিচে কিছু রিভিউ দেওয়া যেগুলো আমার অর্জন শান্তি লাগে মানুষ যখন আমার বানানো খাবার খেয়ে মজা পাচ্ছে এবং বার বার নিচ্ছে। সবার ভালোবাসা পাচ্ছি।সামনে আরো নতুন কিছু করার ইচ্ছা আছে সকলের দোয়াপ্রার্থী।
