কোনও পণ্য কেনার আগে দয়া করে একটি ল্যাপটপ বা ডেস্কটপ থেকে আপনার পছন্দসই পণ্যের রঙটি দেখে নিন।

★ অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। এটি অন্য পণ্যের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য করা যেতে পারে।

★পণ্য সম্পর্কে যে কোন অভিযোগ আমরা গুরুত্ব সহকারে দেখবো। আমাদের পণ্য সম্পর্কে যে কোনও অভিযোগ পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে গ্রহণ করা হয়।

★পণ্য সম্পর্কে যে কোনও ধরণের জিজ্ঞাসার জন্য, আমাদের মেসেজ অপশনে স্বাগত জানাই।

★পণ্য কিনতে আগ্রহী হলে দয়া করে আপনার ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর এবং আপনার সুবিধাজনক ডেলিভারি সময় জানিয়ে ইনবক্স করুন।

★ঢাকার ভিতরে হোম ডেলিভারি দেয়া হয়। ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা থেকে ১০০ টাকা।

★ঢাকার বাইরের জন্য ডেলিভারি কোম্পানির উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা থেকে ১৫০ টাকা হয়।
ঢাকার বাইরের জন্য আগে পুরোপুরি পণ্যের দাম এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে। বিকাশ বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।

★দেশের বাইরের সম্মানিত ক্রেতাদের জন্য, আমরা EMS এবং DHL এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করি। পণ্য ডেলিভারি আগে ক্রেতাকে পুরোপুরি পণ্যের দাম এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে। অর্থ প্রদানের জন্য আপনি বিকাশ, ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, PayPal বা যেকোনও মানি এক্সচেঞ্জ এজেন্সি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

★যে কোনও মিথ্যা ও অনৈতিক রিভিউ এর বিরুদ্ধে আইনী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

We don’t want to maintain strict rules to make our customers uncomfortable. But for the convenience of our valuable customers’ purchase, we will follow some simple rules:
★Every cellphone has different colour settings. So, the actual appearance of the products might vary toward lightness and depth of product’s colour. Beacuase of that, before purchasing a product, please check your desirable product’s colour from a laptop or desktop.
★We try ensure quality product at all times and think a lot before fixing our product’s price. Prices are fixed.
★Advance payment is not refundable. It can be adjusted with other orders.
★Any complaints about our products in case of violation of our commitments will be accepted, if made within 7 days after the reception of the product.
★For any kind of inquiry about product, you are welcome to message us.
★When you are ready to purchase, please inbox your address, phone number and your convenient delivery time.
★In Dhaka, we do cash on delivery with 80 tk to 100 tk service fee. No return or exchange after delivery.
★For outside of Dhaka, delivery charge is 120 tk to 150 tk, depending on the delivery service provider. A customer needs to pay product’s price and delivery charge fully before delivery. Payment can be done by bkash or through bank account.
★For overseas customers, we do delivery through EMS and DHL. Again, customers need to pay product’s price and delivery charge fully before delivery. For the payment you can use bkash, bank account, PayPal or any money exchange agenies with service charge.
★Legal action will be taken against any false and unethical reviews. Please check out our albums, choose your product and call, message or mail us for details. We always try to full fill customers’ demands.
