Assalamu Alaikum.

Dear students, during this pandemic boring life may be you all are frustrated to see the assignment topics that are in a sort different from the studies you have been doing so far from the traditional grammar books.

But nothing to worry, nothing hard there.

For example, Class 7 got a dialogue wring writing along with a map drawing. It's not the way you see google map! So, you just have make a line pattern to make reader understand your description of location.
1. You have to use lines straight or curves as you wish to make reader understand roadmap only. Please use the following google map to under stand more about it. It's easy and simple.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.practicalecommerce.com%2Fgoogle-ads-now-includes-location-extensions-automatically&psig=AOvVaw0EkYDhB7xJWFagKwfPIxAE&ust=1617078440272000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCNjwqNXW1O8CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAV

2. For writing a dialogue- best option is to set your mind. For the same let's have a look.

Topic: Where is the school?
Speakers: Me (Abid), A(A man)
Place: on road
Time: Afternoon
(In a box please)
This will help you imagine how to begin and make good ending

3. Now comes the language. Students, please follow: what you say when you say your friends! Do you greet! Hardly! Rather you use casual sounds, isn't it?

4. Formal language: People around if unknown or respected are always treated by us with some sort polite and gentle languages. This different behavior of language is called a formal or official one.

5. Every dialogue (if casual) takes place without any notice due to a comment or opinion that makes speakers to speak on and readers read on. Such a sentence is the most important thing.

Wish you all the best.

Transformation for all: You know that transformation refers to changing the style of a sentences without changing it's meaning. Actually the purpose of this type of questions for our children is to develop their proficiency of English while reading something or listening to someone. You may have to read or listen to someone who doesn't talk like you.
So we always try to make our students learn Transformation of a sentence as a part regular academic learning and have included it as part of examination

There are some basic types of sentences:

For example--
Assertive, imperative interrogative, exclamatory, Optative and so else. for these types remember you only have to change them into assertive in the examination.

for example-

May you live long. - I wish you live long or I pray so that you live long.

Same way- Let him come. - I order you to let him come.

Again- How boring the movie is! - The movie is very boring.
But- What a nice place you have selected! - You have selected a very nice place. (What or How- depends on the presence of noun at the end of the sentence)

Please listen to me. - I request you to listen to me.

No more today. Hope you all understand these examples and instructions. Write you later on demand or further quesry of any difficulty.
Till then take care. Bye.

26/04/2020

Narration:- please change the narrative style.... almost all of you are weak enough in narration and transformation. Let's try to help us:

1. “Now he is here,” I exclaimed. “For Heaven’s sake, hurry down! Do be quick; and stay among the trees till he is fairly in.”“I must go, Cathy,” said Heathcliff, seeking to extricate himself from his companion’s arms. “I won’t stray five yards from your window.”“For one hour,” he pleaded earnestly. “Not for one minute,” she replied. “I must–Linton will be up immediately,” persisted the intruder.

2. "Have you ever been to Cox’s Bazar?" asked Shabab "No, I have never been there." replied Labib. "But I desire for visiting the place" "I had an opportunity to visit the sea beach last year." said Shabab" "Let us go there this week"

3. Rifat said to Munir, "You didn't attend my birthday party." "Extremely sorry, friend." Munir replied, "I had to go to my uncle's house in Dhaka. How was the program?" "Let me show you the photographs." said Rifat.
