পহেলা বৈশাখ বা পয়লা বৈশাখ (বাংলা পঞ্জিকার প্রথম মাস বৈশাখের ১ তারিখ) বঙ্গাব্দের প্রথম দিন, তথা বাংলা নববর্ষ। দিনটি সকল বাঙালি জাতির ঐতিহ্যবাহী বর্ষবরণের দিন। দিনটি বাংলাদেশ এবং ভারতের পশ্চিমবঙ্গে নববর্ষ হিসেবে বিশেষ উৎসবের সাথে পালিত হয়। ত্রিপুরায় বসবাসরত বাঙালিরাও এই উৎসবে অংশ নিয়ে থাকে। পহেলা বৈশাখ বাংলাদেশে জাতীয় উৎসব হিসেবে পালিত হয়ে থাকে। সে হিসেবে এটি বাঙালিদের একটি সর্বজনীন লোকউৎসব হিসাবে বিবেচিত। পহেলা বৈশাখ উদযাপনের শুরু হয়েছিল পুরান ঢাকার মুসলিম মাহিফরাস সম্প্রদায়ের হাতে।

টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর বাংলাদেশের বৃহত্তর সিলেটের সুনামগঞ্জ জেলায় অবস্থিত একটি হাওর। প্রায় ১০০ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এ হাওর বাংলাদেশর দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম মিঠা পানির জলাভূমি ।[১] স্থানীয় লোকজনের কাছে হাওরটি নয়কুড়ি কান্দার ছয়কুড়ি বিল নামেও পরিচিত।[২] এটি বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় রামসার স্থান হিসাবে পরিচয়, প্রথমটি সুন্দরবন।

নেত্রকোনা শহর থেকে প্রায় 20 কিলোমিটার দূরে পূর্বধলায় 150 একর জায়গা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত জলাভূমির নাম রাজধালা বিল. রাজধলা বিল পূর্বধলার দর্শনীয় স্থান গুলোর মধ্যে একটি.
পানির স্বচ্ছতার কারণে স্থানীয়রা এর নাম দিয়েছিল ধলা বিল.. বিলের পূর্বদিকে বসবাসকৃত ময়মনসিংহের পূর্বপুরুষ জমিদার গোপীনাথ সিং এর দশভূজা রাজবাড়ী ছিল এই বিল সহ আশেপাশের অঞ্চলগুলো...
একসময় জমিদার ছাড়া এই বিলের পানি কেউ ব্যবহার করতে পারত না, তাই বিলের নাম রাখা হয় রাজধালা..জমিদারি পন্থা সাথে সাথে বিলুপ্ত হয়েছে এই নিয়ম এখন এই বিলের আনাচে-কানাচে ভিড় জমায় ভ্রমণ প্রেমী মানুষ গুলো..
সারা বছর এই বিলের পানি প্রায় একই রকম থাকে তেমন কমবেশি হয়না..বিলের দৈর্ঘ্য অনেক বেশি হওয়ার কারণে এই বিলে কোন কচুরিপানা জন্ম নেয় না.. এই বিলের অপরূপ সৌন্দর্য যেকোন ভ্রমণপিপাসু মানুষের নজর কাড়তে পারে..
আমরা যারা মাইমেন্সিং থাকি তারা শহর ছেড়ে গ্রামের প্রকৃতির ছোঁয়া হৃদয়ে অনুভব করার জন্য পূর্বধলা যেতে পারি.. আর রাজধলা বিলের অপরূপ সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করতে পারি..
