Spanish bread
Ingrediénts:
31/4 cup bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast
4 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Procedure:
1.Put sifted bread flour into the mixing bowl
2. Put yeast and sugar on one side of the bowl.
3. Put salt and butter on the other side of the bowl.
4. Then add water and egg on the mixture.
5. Blend all ingredients very well.
6. Mix until stiff dough is formed. On the slightly floured surface, knead dough until soft.
7. Let rise for at least 2 hours or until dough has doubled in size. Punch it down.
8. Divide the dough into desired portion, flatten each portion into rectangle, spread about a tablespoon of the filling and roll it into a log. Then cover with bread crumbs.
9. Repeat with all the other portions. Arrange the rolls in the baking sheet, cover
and let rise for at least 30 mins.
10.Bake in a pre heated oven at 180C for 20 mins or until done.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup breadflour
3/4 cup water
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Pizza sauce:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil powder
1tsp oregano powder
Toppings:
Cheese of your choice
Bacon
Green bell pepper
Onion
Sliced pineapple
Sliced mushroom

Pande Ube
Ingredients:
In the mixing bowl.
Mix bread flour 500g.
Instant yeast 8 gm
Sugar 50 g. Fresh milk 250 ml
1 egg
Knead th dough for 5minutes
Add butter 50g
Salt 5 g.
Knead the dough for another 5 mins.
Rest the dough for 1 hr.
Cut the dough into 50 grams each pieces.
Make ball rest for another 15 mins.
Put filling and roll the dough to seal the filling. Rest for another 30 mins.
Brush with egg
Bake on pre heated oven at 190 C for 25 mins.
