 Proper knowledge about Quality/Technical audit such as -Internal Quality System Audit, Risk Assessment Audit, Method Validation Audit etc.
 Need to Set/establish a standard Q.A manual based on Buyer & 3rd party Q.A Inspection.
 To analysis day to day quality problem to reduce company’s both financial & reputational loses.
 Responsible for quality control process.
 To prepare and establish SOP for each article and provide to production line & monitoring.
 To prepare and submit monthly Q.A status of the company.
 To arrange proper quality training for downward people for making a sustainable Q.A team.
 To conduct in-line audit at every section and final inspection as per AQL standard.
 Daily root cause analysis and fixed with maintaining CAP.
 To ensure and establish a good practice (Production & Quality) in operational process.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the administrative activities of the production facility to arrange the work forces and other functional things to ensure smooth & compliant production operations in the factory.
• Design the layout of the production floor to set up efficient production lines for footwear from the input of raw materials till the packaged finished products.
• Standardize the production process and build the SOP including all production parameters for each of the product lines and ensure it's respected during the production process.
• Drive the product development and formalize step by step process parameters.
• Standardize the quality parameters per products and ensure it's respected during the production to ensure only right quality are produced.
• Train the factory workforce in the production process, quality standard, safety & hygiene requirements and ensure it's maintained throughout the factory operations.
• Drive the factory operations for better efficiency to optimize per unit production cost of the products continuously.
• Maintain production floor as per compliance standard for any buyer.
• Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.
• Lean activities, time study, motion study & others method apply for increase productivity.
• 5'S implementation and audit every day.
• Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Qualifications:
• B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering./
