Had been a while since I was really craving some good doi boras and had the luck of trying out the most delicious doi boras I've ever had 😋
Deshi Diner is a cloud kitchen, based mainly on orders through their page and serving food that tastes like home and stands out among other commercial kitchens.
Today my family and I tried out their famous Doi Boras for iftar and we all thoroughly loved it.
The daal-made boras are soft, almost fluffy and just tender enough so that only the exteriors are soaked in the doi mixture. The boras are bigger in size than usual and each box comes in either 5 boras or 10 boras. What tops the boras is the creamy doi gravy. It's the most perfect balance of the necessary condiments like cumin, chaat masala, pepper, tamarind chutney, etc.
